Site License Agreement

This is a license agreement between you and Compliant Systems LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Vermont. This agreement describes your rights and the conditions upon which you may use The Buyer’s Toolkit. By accepting this agreement, or using The Buyer’s Toolkit, you agree to all of the terms of this agreement.

a) Site License

The Buyer’s Toolkit software is licensed, not sold. Under this agreement, we grant you the right to install and run multiple copies on multiple devices located in one physical business location. In the case of remote work, the term “physical business location” shall include devices located in employees’ homes provided that the employees report to a single physical business location.

b Device

In this agreement, “device” means a hardware system (whether physical or virtual) with an internal storage device capable of running The Buyer’s Toolkit.

c) Backup

You may make backup copies of the software and store them on multiple devices as long as they are not made available for use on those devices.

d) Restrictions

Compliant Systems LLC reserves all rights under intellectual property laws not expressly granted under this agreement.

For example, this license does not give you any right to, and you may not:

1) Publish, sell, rent, lease, or lend the software

2) Use the software for commercial hosting

3) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or attempt to do so.

Limited Warranty

Compliant Systems LLC warrants that properly licensed software will perform substantially as described in any materials that accompany the software. The limited warranty starts on the date you purchase the software and ends in one year. Compliant Systems LLC will, at its election, either replace the software or refund the amount paid. In any event, the amount of any damages is hereby limited to the amount paid for the software.
